What an editor owes you
Contracts, translations, edited manuscripts — files other people open in Word. The first duty of an editor is to give the file back exactly as trustworthy as it arrived.
Track changes and comments survive the round trip
Edit a document with tracked changes, save it, send it back — and the other side sees their own comments and revisions where they left them, not a flattened copy.
Offline is not a degraded mode
The editor needs no account and no network. It works on the files on your disk, and it works the same on a plane as at your desk.
The Tiho cloud, if you want it
Sign in with your email address and your documents are with you on the Mac, the iPhone and in the browser. Folders, sharing by email or by link, earlier versions, and a trash that keeps things for 30 days.
PDFs, too
Open a PDF and Tiho Docs turns it into a document you can edit, with lines, fonts and pictures in place. In the browser it happens on your device; the file is never uploaded.
In the browser, with nothing to install
docs.tiho.one opens .docx and .xlsx files, PDFs and old .doc and .xls right in the browser. A file you open from your computer stays on it; only what you put in the Tiho cloud reaches our server.
