Status
What is running, and what to do when something isn't.
Checked by hand. An automatic check will replace this page once there is more than one thing to watch — a status page that reports itself healthy because nobody updated it is worse than none.
What keeps working when we don't
The mail client talks to your mailbox directly and stores your mail on the device. If everything on this page went dark, you would still read and write mail, search it offline, and open your documents. What you would lose is the image proxy — messages would show images blocked — and instant notifications.
The offline document editor makes no network connections at all, so nothing here can affect it.
If something looks wrong
- No notifications. Check that notifications are allowed for Tiho in your system settings — the app shows this in Settings and links straight there. Mail still arrives; only the alert is missing.
- Images not loading. Messages remain readable. Images appear once the proxy is reachable again.
- Mail not updating. That is between the app and your mail provider, not us. Check your provider's own status first.
Telling us
Write to hello@tiho.one. Say what you saw and roughly when — that is usually enough to find it in the logs.
